Based in New York City, it represents thousands of US donors, alumni, and stakeholders who invest in the Technion's growth and innovation to advance critical research and technologies that serve the State of Israel and the global good. ATS employs a staff of 60 + that work from New York and in regional offices across the United States.
Your Role
The Campaign Operations Manager will support our organization’s fundraising efforts under the direction of the Chief Campaign Operations & Stewardship Officer. This role is crucial in managing and executing administrative aspects of fundraising campaigns and donor management processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting our financial goals and serve as a guide/mentor to our Development Program Assistants. The ideal candidate will be proactive and take initiative, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, the ability to drive projects forward, and be eager to learn and grow within the development field. Additionally, this role includes providing support to the work of the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in their fundraising and strategic efforts.
This position is based in New York City and will require two days in the office weekly and in person events.
Skills and Strengths
- Manage administrative aspects of fundraising campaigns, including scheduling, material development, and database updates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

Execute approved fundraising strategies and lead key initiatives such as donor pipeline development (Healthy Aging Project), faculty engagement (Faculty Ambassadors), and process improvement for Development Program Assistants (DPAs).

Track timelines, coordinate team actions, ensure follow-up on deliverables, and oversee cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Draft donor communications, manage email lists, and support engagement efforts across national teams; prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and external audiences.

Mentor and guide DPAs to enhance team performance, foster alignment with national fundraising goals, and support professional growth.

Continuously improve internal processes and donor tracking systems; offer data-informed recommendations to leadership.

Partner with the CDO, CEO, and Technion faculty to develop strategic donor-facing materials and support high-level initiatives.

Maintain confidential donor records, ensure data integrity, track fundraising metrics, and generate campaign performance reports.

Assist in developing and managing budgets for fundraising programs and special projects.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ administrative experience, preferably in nonprofit fundraising
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and donor management tools, including CRMs
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
