If you don’t know about Redefine Meat, it’s an Israeli startup company that uses advanced technology, to develop and produce animal-free meat or “new meat” as they like to call it. Alexey was the company’s very first employee, and in this episode, he’ll tell us about the innovations and advancements they’ve been making in his playground – that’s what he calls the food lab; we’ll hear a couple of recipes as well, and all about the burgers and steaks that are already changing the world.
