Kate’s work focuses on strengthening organizational culture, developing leaders, and building practical systems that enable teams to do their best work. She is known for steady leadership during complex moments, including executive transitions, organizational restructuring, and post-pandemic workplace transformation. At ATS, she has led initiatives spanning talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and modernization of HR systems and operations, helping align people practices with the organization’s mission and long-term growth.

Prior to joining ATS, Kate served as director of human resources at Hudson River Park Trust, a public-sector nonprofit, where she supported a diverse workforce that included union, seasonal, and professional staff. Earlier in her career, she held global leadership roles at Teach For All, where she led employment compliance and workforce risk strategy across multiple countries, supporting new office launches and international expansion. Her background also includes leadership roles in local government and service in the U.S. Peace Corps.

Throughout her career, Kate has been recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strong judgment, and commitment to building inclusive, values-driven workplaces. She brings a unique blend of operational depth and people-centered leadership, with experience spanning nonprofit, public sector, and global organizations.

Kate holds a Master of Science in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
