A donor-advised fund (DAF) is like a charitable checking account managed by a sponsoring organization (usually a public charity or financial institution). You contribute assets, receive an immediate tax deduction, and recommend grants to the American Technion Society and other nonprofits over time. Assets in a DAF grow tax-free until funds are distributed.
