Scott Black is an investor, philanthropist, art collector, important leader in the ATS community, and passionate advocate for and defender of the Jewish people and the State of Israel. Scott is the founder and president of Delphi Management, a nationally recognized value investment firm. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics, and Harvard Business School. Scott served on active duty in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1969.  Scott and Isabelle Black are the proud parents of their daughter, Julia.
