Identifying a gap in health care services, Technion alumna Liat Primor set out to develop an AI-powered platform that addresses the challenges of medication management. For older adults or those with chronic conditions who take multiple medications, FeelBetter equips health care providers and organizations with real-time, actionable intelligence to prevent medication mismanagement. The platform is greatly beneficial for high-risk patients and has resulted in a 24% reduction in hospitalizations to date.
