Taking Flight: New Frontiers in Aerospace Engineering

Please join us for an exciting program featuring Professor Daniella Raveh, who will speak about her award-winning, 3D-printed test airplane and other groundbreaking research now underway in the Technion Faculty of Aerospace Engineering. Launched in 1954, and still the only one of its kind in Israel, the Faculty plays a key role in keeping Israel safe, strong, and on the cutting edge. It has trained several of the nation’s leaders in air and space, underpinning the nation’s $10 billion dollar industries in those areas, which include commercial aircraft manufacturing, UAVs, satellites, Iron Dome and other defensive systems.
